Pushy Sales Experience
I had a terrible sales experience with Daemon on June 29, so much so that the manager had to step in. After reflecting on everything that happened that day, I decided not to move forward with the purchase. Throughout the process, I felt pressured to continue, despite being sleep-deprived and waiting for eight hours at the dealership. I was convinced to stay because they kept lowering the price, but in hindsight, I realize that was just a tactic to keep me there.

When I ultimately decided to cancel the sale and requested my deposit back, Mike from the Sales department assured me that the three credit inquiries— which I felt were forced on me—would consolidate into one within 15 days. It’s now been well over a month, and the inquiries still haven’t been removed.

My experience with the two sales staff was awful, with the exception of George, who was at least somewhat helpful. As you consider doing business here, I urge you to think carefully based on my experience.

All staff was very friendly and helpful! Jasper was great and to the point on all aspects! Jasmine the finance manager was amazing! Would highly recommend!!

Please people Heed this warning. Do not do business with this Dealership
Offered $7k for a vehicle listed at $9,543. They tried to turn it into $7k down and financing $2k at $371 for 3 1/2 years!!!!
So unbelievable it’s stupid. This really happened Actually thought I would fall for that!! Wow!

Avoid this place at all cost
My wife and I leased a 2023 Santa Fe from this dealership Oct 14 2023 the car itself is beautiful but thats as far as the good goes. We surrendered another leased vehicle the same day to which they are supposed to pay the final payment (in the contract). To this day November 27, 2023 that payment has not been paid. We have now incurred a late fee along with another payment due on the car we surrendered. I have been trying to get this resolved for weeks with the manager John who has been running me around and feeding me lies all along
I was told that he was sending me proof of an electronic payment. Its been almost 2 weeks and he has not done so In fact thats the last I heard from him.. The finance company for the surrendered vehicle is still calling and is now threatening to repo a car we don't have. If they can't get this done at this point, I need to get that car back to the Honda dealership where I purchased the vehicle to put an end to this madness. Our credit has been negatively affected because of this. John keeps telling me that they are losing money on the car. What business takes this kind of loss on something that doesn't belong to them? Why would you take that loss when it is easier to just surrender back to Honda?
I may not sell cars but I do understand
business. They want me to believe that they are fighting to take a loss. Who does that? No one fights that hard for something unless there is something to gain. My problem is this dealership is intentionally ruining my wifes credit is been almost 2 months and we are still being ran around and lied to, and at this point, We regret doing business with this dealership. Sales associates (Chris) were deceitful and and management is proving to be both deceitful and unreliable. In my 41 years of buying cars this is the worse experience I have ever had. Avoid thus place like the plague

Run dont walk away
My daughter went on August 24 and put a $300 deposit on a car within one hour she changed her mind and requested her refundable deposit that she was told was refundable by JesseniA. she still has not gotten her deposit back the customer service here is horrendous you would have to be stupid to buy a car from these people. Just Sennea was also so unscrupulous my husband went out to his car and told my daughter not to sign anything or give a deposit and she made her give her $300 and sign a paper knowing my husband said not to she waited until she had my daughter alone she is a horrible human being

I have to take my car 5 times to fix same problem , the dealer park my car on street a truck damage all side of my car took 3 months to fix and they did a crap job to fix ,this dealer has a very poor service .

On a phone conversation with Martha their internet contact person, I was told a specific car was in stock. I asked about pricing and was told MSRP plus taxes, title, fees, etc Would you like to make an appointment to come in and see it? Agreed next day,11am!

Bottom line, car was in transit not in stock, so could not see. And, price was MSRP plus taxes, title, fees, etc. PLUS $5,OOO!!!!!

When the Manager got involved, they agreed to reduce the $5,000 over MSRP to only $2.500 over MSRP!

How generous to charge only $2,500 over the price quoted by Martha!!!

Horrifying
I was so dissatisfied with the customer service. We were treated as though we were being a nuisance the entire time. Really horrible experience. I work in a hospital and would never treat my patients the way that my husband and I were treated. The guys outside were courteous and professional and my car was fixed. Not sure why we had to be treated so poorly by the person in the office. If we were contacted and updated better perhaps we would not have been so disappointed. I love my car and would like my next car to be another Genesis but the customer service has me reluctant.

COMPLETE RIPOFF CHARGES FOR A SIMPLE REPLACEMENT PART!!!!!
I cant believe they were going to charge me $600 to  switch replace a power window control switch!! For starters, my switch wasn't even broken or malfunctioning..I literally broke the driver side power window button off... And they have the gall to say oh the whole part is defective, and with labor hours, the total would be almost $600!! Really!!! I saw a video on YouTube where a guy buys the part for $36 bucks and it took him 10 minutes tops to replace the part!! All he needed was 2 screwdrivers and the replacement part...And here you are telling me it would be $600 dollars and the job will take about 2 hours to complete!! SHAME ON YOU FOR THIS complete disregard to a Hyundai car owner like myself!! I am definitely going to complain and write to the main company supervisors about this!! They need to hear that this is a blatant scam and an overcharging of services that are completely unnecessary and unfair!!!!
