I had an AC blower motor issue and called on a Friday. They were understandably booked and initially had to schedule me a couple of weeks out. Then I received a call asking if I could drop the vehicle off Sunday night so they could take a look at it.
What impressed me most was that, behind the scenes, they had preemptively ordered a replacement blower motor based on their assessment of the symptoms. That gamble proved to be exactly right. They completed the repair on Monday and called me early that day to let me know it was ready for pickup.
Honestly, I was amazed. They ordered the part on a hunch simply to get the repair completed as quickly as possible. That kind of proactive customer service is almost unheard of in today's world.
