As a general bit of good advice; Tire wear due to alignment is sometimes inevitable. Unless replaced, tires will show signs of alignment wear, sometimes for the rest of the life of a tire.
Although we do our very best to get vehicles done in a fair amount of time, the are occasions where extra work is needed to do the job in a correct manner, as with your vehicle the tierod nuts needed torched and therefore extra time was required. We do appologize for the longer wait and want to ensure you are happy.
