It was just okay

I was charged for my purchase when all along I knew I prepaid for the service. I was promised a 15 buck refund, which has yet to post to my account. I was supposed to get a tire rotation, but that did't happen. I was also told that I needed rotors, but when I got them replaced at another establishment my old ones were still in good condition.

Kisha, Again We Are Very Sorry You Visit Did Not Meet Your Expectations. As I Informed You A Refund Was Given To You It May Take 7 Business Days To Get According To The Credit Company. Our Newest Employee Has Been Retrained On How To Accept Living Social Deals And Assure You This Will Not Happen Again. AS Far As A Tire Rotation If You Do Not Tell Us At Check In You Want A Tire Rotation We Will Not Do One, We Do Not Do Work Not Approved By The Customer First. And As Far As The Rotors We Suggested Brake Pads And Rotors Due To Low Brake Pad Material. Why Would Another Place Replace Your Rotors If They Were In Good Shape? Again Sorry For Any Confusion. And We Look Forward To Sevicing Your Vehicle Again
