We have been taking my car to Elite for a few years. We used to be happy with their services. However, they have wasted my time and no longer care about customer service, which is unfortunate. My son dropped my car off for a filter cleaning and APR update. They told us the filter was not in great condition which we didn't understand. So we called APR directly and Elite was informed how to clean the filter, leave it for 24 hours and then send photos to APR. APR would send a new filter for free if deemed necessary. However, Elite kept my car for 24 hours and claimed to have sent the photos, which they did not. After many phone calls to Elite, my son went there today. He was told that the "photos" didn't come out well and that they didn't have time for this. Time for what? To help your customer? To do what was right? To make sure my car runs as it should which is what I paid you for? They handed my son a random filter and basically dismissed him. Such a disappointment. Take your business someplace else. Elite clearly does not care about their customers.
