I was in need of a tow 7/20/26. My insurance connected me to this company who I called and asked the operator if I was able to ride with the tow truck driver to the shop before confirming the tow he said that’s not a problem. After being delayed multiple times by the companies ever changing ETA? hours in fact a tow truck finally arrived. The tow truck driver was so rude, never greeted me just began observing the situation and adjusting the truck for the tow. Finally he comes over to the drivers window and says “ I need to see what’s going on with the car” I exit the vehicle he enters does whatever diagnostic he calls himself doing then gets out and proceeds to hook the car up. Once the car was on the flatbed I move closer to the trucks passenger side. He says nastily “ you can’t ride with me” I said sternly back because I’ve had it with his weird energy and off putting tone “what are you talking about ? I spoke with your dispatcher and he said I could ride with you to the shop” he then goes “ well it’s gonna be extra ,are you gonna pay?” …. SCAM ALERT. It went from “no passengers” to “a fee “ which one is it? I called his dispatcher furious after I’d been sitting on the road for almost 5 hours delay after delay and then to finally be met with a nasty unprofessional scam of a driver, I can honestly say the conversation with this operator wasn’t pleasant on my end. The operator offered no solution clarity nor help. I told that tow truck driver to put my car back on the ground.I gladly waited hours for another tow truck because I refused to allow this company to make a single cent off of me. I wouldn’t recommend this company to a soul! Thank you to ASJ towing Solutions! They were professional and super helpful !
