Initially I came in for an oil change and didn't think too much about getting any service done. Phil checked out my breaks along with some other things and told me about the issues I could run into and suggested some services that would need to be done. He wasn't pushy about it and said it's one of those things that should be done either now or eventually down the road if I want to keep my Grand Cherokee for the long haul. Instead of doing the oil change at that time, he told me to bring it back in a few days to do the service and he'd do the oil change then. I appreciate Phil's honesty and that he was able to have my car done the same done. He's upfront with the costs and even gave me a military discount. I'll gladly be going back to him in the future.
