I am a newly gained customer at this shop! I was out with my two small children the day after Xmas for an outing in Taylor Mill. Upon leaving there, I got a completely flat tire. I was far away from home and my cell phone was dead. After a good samaritan helped me put my spare tire on, we realized it wasn't holding air. I had no choice but to try to get my car to a garage hoping the tire would hold up along the way. The first shop I saw was this one. I pulled in even though they were closing. Todd was fabulous and came right over to help, even though it was time to end his day. He was so nice and friendly. He kept a smile while all the time reassuring me it was not a big deal that it was past his scheduled time to leave and he was glad to help. After taking my spare off and checking my old tire, he decided I needed a new tire. He put the new one on for me and also took my old tire off of my hands. He was super fast and the prices were the best I've seen. He also went the extra mile and stayed later than he had to, cutting into his off or free time. When I went in to pay, he bought candy for my children from the machine in the lobby and asked if he could give it to them. I said yes. It was an added nice gesture that the place is kid friendly. Plus he knew they werw bored and frustrated from being in the car and dealing with the whole dilemmas of the afternoon. Like I mentioned before, I don't live in the area, but I will continue to be a customer here. I was thoroughly impressed with all aspects of this business.
