Robert said the boss answers and returns phone calls, the boss handles every phone call. The mechanics are great, fine people. They find time to work with everybody even though the business is packed. They speak to everybody and are doing a great job. They are smart and sharp.

Lisa said they explained everything in very basic detail so she could understand what was going on, their communication skills were really good. They explained the problem and what they were going to have to do, and everything with the vehicle is going well so far. She got to meet Carlos the mechanic, which also made her feel very confident because he knew what he was doing and he was experienced. He knew exactly what he needed to do and how he needed to do it. The price was also excellent and that mattered a lot, too.
