Outstanding Service, Low Cost, and Fast Service Times
Once again they have provided excellent customer service. I travel over 25 miles every 6 months for service on my ID4. They have low prices and quick service. This time they went one step further. I bought a replacement armrest. I thought I could replace my vinyl armrest that started to crack - I couldn't; it had a special VW bolt. When I asked a VW dealer, they told me $130 just to get a quote. I asked if Electric Avenue could just look at it, and they just replaced it for free. They saved me probably $200. They serviced my battery cooling fluid and brake fluids for a very low cost. They also completed the job in just a few hours. They gave me a ride to have breakfast and a workout. It was washed and ready for me when I returned. I absolutely love this business. It is one reason I will try to keep my electric vehicle for many years. With this business I am not worried about getting overcharged by dealers marking up service costs.
