Notice the title of my review is purchase attempt. I had to drop my vehicle off for service. I have been interested in the Ioniq 9 or a Palisade Hybrid. I walked into the showroom at 9:20 and it appeared they where having a salesmen meeting. I walked the showroom and looked at a couple of vehicles. Then I found a chair and sat kind of right behind them, 9:40 meeting concluded. No one said anything to me until the meeting was over. Kind of leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I would look elsewhere to purchase a Hyundai. Maybe somewhere that they can at least acknowledge a potential customer.
