STEER CLEAR of this dealership! They are shady liars! We worked with salesman Murray to buy a new Spark that was to be delivered to the dealership from the factory next week for our daughter. We agreed to the price and asked several times if the price was our final price for the car and fees and Murray assured us that was the final price. When it came time to finalize the deal the dealership tried to add $1,100 in bogus add on fees for items we never agreed to! We took it to the sales manager who again lied to us by telling us he would help us out with the fees if he could but they had already been installed on the car. We asked how they were already installed on the car when the car hadn’t been delivered to the dealership yet and he finally admitted that he lied about it but there was nothing he could do because the owner wouldn’t let him remove the fees. This is not an honest dealership to do business with and we will be reporting to the AG and BBB.
