I came in giving them the impression that I was a 'Not-Knowing-About-Cars' customer.
What I'm getting at is that they offered me comparable prices given my circumstances—being far from home and vulnerable. Other shops would use the opportunity to identify other issues or simply charge for add-ons unrelated to the initial breakdown work that may have cost me thousands, simply ripping me off.
This is the first auto repair shop that never subjected me to anything misleading. I admire their honesty and service. Thanks to Mike and Roudy (Rudy or Rowdy I forget). Although the price was slightly higher, I'm glad I got what I paid for. Mainly the professionalism and service.
Eldorado Hills 76 Auto Care is Highly Recommended. It'll be worth the drive.
