Bought my 2nd car from them in August 2022 and have had nearly every oil change and service done with them. They have always taken too long for their oil change but I accepted this. This week, I brought my car in for oil change and tire rotation. After the rotation, my wheels were unbalanced. I brought it back and they agreed and told me I had to pay the $70 to rebalance them. It was their error that caused them to become unbalanced and should have been corrected. They told me they could also rotate my tires back and it should be fixed. After telling them I already paid for them to rotate me tires, they did say they would refund that cost.
This has not been the first time their customer service has been terrible but it will be the last. I will never purchase another vehicle or have any services done at Edwards again. I will tell everyone I know to also avoid Edwards at all costs.
