Words can't express my Gratitude
Before driving cross-country, I purchased new tires. So why was my car saying Low Tire Pressure in left front? I filled it before taking a hotel room in Aberdeen. When I awoke the next day, I had NO tire pressure. On AAA's advice, Walmart car dept looked: I had a cracked rim. They couldn't do anything but the gentleman there, to whom I am forever indebted, recommended Eddie's Northside. With my spare on, I drove there. No rims to be found that matched my car. Brainstorm. They call a welder who agrees to weld my cracked rim. The next morning they install my fixed rim and new tire back on my car. As far as I am concerned, they are miracle workers. Randy, Craig, Chris, I'm sure I have the names wrong but they were consistently respectful, helpful, creative, prompt, and followed through on every commitment. I have the highest respect for everyone at Eddie's and I can't thank them enough. I have traveled about 1500 miles since the repair, and have about 400 more to go. The car handles fine.
