Timely and Honest
I took my 2019 Ram in for a check engine light, and was assured that they would get it checked out in a timely manner. They got my truck in within hours, and while diagnosing the engine light cleared. I was contacted right away and went down to find out what was going on. The situation was explained clearly, and since there was no further check engine light diagnostics needed at this time I picked up my truck. We weren't charged since they did no repairs to clear the light, despite us being willing to pay for their time spent. We will definitely be taking our vehicles back for any issues.
