The truck hit the garage backing out. When this occurred, they called me immediately and informed me of the situation. Mistakes do happen in the world and I find it a true test of peoples' character and nature. They took full responsibility, sent for a Lyft for me to go to work, got an estimate with their body shop to have it fixed, set up an appointment. They were very apologetic. I am not sure I could ask for anything more. Accountability seems to be rare these days.
Yes I would go back despite what happened. They passed the character test.
Truck is running great, the brakes a very responsive, temperature of the truck is down a little.
