Sent a straightforward email to the two sales managers (Robert Paulsen & James Tonelli) about a super easy cash buy on a new GV80. No response. Escalated to the general manager (Anthony Femiano). He replies and says he will have one of the sales managers get back to me. No response. I went and bought the new GV80 from Larry Miller in Peoria who was super responsive and great to work with. Pretty lame you have to go to a Peoria dealership when your Scottsdale dealership ignores you.
