I've had my 2022 GV80 serviced 4 times. 2023....Phones rang off the hook. I literally had to walk into the dealership and come face-to-face with a "service advisor" to get THEIR recall scheduled. 2024...They had a new Service Manager from BMW, so I thought, FINALLY, he'll fix this mess. Nope, he quit and the advisor he gave me is now Hyundai only. I just got off the phone with the NEW Genesis service advisor and as of Aug 22, they've told me that the appointment I made July 29 GUARANTEEING a loaner car (AGAIN, for THEIR RECALL) for Sept 10th (I'm coming from 80 miles away) is NO guarantee. Only if you use their "valet" service can they guarantee you a loaner, but that's not possible for as far away as I am today. WHO BUYS A $75K CAR AND DOESN'T GET A LOANER? Unfortunately, the new guy only told me what he couldn't do for me. Sadly, if you're used to Lexus level of service DO NOT BUY A GENESIS!!!!
