I had been taking my car to them for a few years at the recommendation of family members. When asked for inspections, they say they don’t do inspections. Well then how do you let anyone know they have something wrong with their car? The last and final time I went in, they were supposed to do a tire rotation and an oil change. They didn’t actually rotate my tires but of course they have no proof that they did or didn’t cause they don’t document anything. They won’t try to make it right or apologize. I told them the least they should do is pay to replace the two tires that I now have to replace. Exact words “That’s not going to happen.”
Not only that, we tried to have them quote us a job after they misdiagnosed our other car. They quoted an astronomical price so we wouldn’t bring our car to them. See, thing is, my husband and I had both been technicians at one point in our lives and we know what we are talking about. We have our own tools to check things and do work. We just lack the lifts to do it. You can’t pull the wool over our eyes.
They have also left our windows down in the rain. Left dirty hand prints all over my car/steering wheel, didn’t top off fluids, or let us know of the valve cover leak we had. We found out when the oil hit the drive way a month after having an oil change done there.
Super super shady business practices. Horrible work. Stay away from this place if you value your cars. This has also been posted on the BBB, Google, and Facebook. People need to know that they are doing what is called “smoking work.”
