They are honest
I had them check on my car for the engine oil leaking problem. They explained to me the exact malfunctioning parts. I discussed with them what I'd like to fix and what not. They listened to me. Unlike many other mechanics who always exaggerate the problems, ask you to pay for unnecessary work or even break your car for additional work, I think they are honest and this is very important.
