Horrible Experience

On of the worst Auto shops in Seneca Falls. Firstly, I dropped my 2011 Subaru Forrester off to them. They had it sitting for two weeks until I can find out what I needed to get fixed once I was able to have enough money for the repairs. I waited another four days for it to get repaired. It needed a new alternator they allowed me to leave The repair shop without notifying me that I could possibly need a battery due to the old alternator draining the one in the car. so my car broke down almost midway of me taking my daughter to school that morning. I then had to cancel my whole day and have their tow truck come pick it up a day later I had a new battery and asked them. why wouldn’t they tell me and they made it seem like my battery just died out of nowhere very misleading as I was driving my car back home. I noticed the power going in and out and my car would not stay on so when I parked it, it would not shift out of neutral and drive. I had to wait another day to get in contact with them for them just to suggest I go to another mechanic the next Mechanic told me that the alternator that was put in by Eagel Auto was not a good alternator so I spent about $625 between labor, alternator parts and new battery. Very disappointing. I had contact with the service manager, Rob and the GM Kourtney. This auto repair shop is unreliable . I will be contacting my bank due to fraud.
