Edwin was friendly and professional. He let me know about concerning issues that, also, needed attention. Provided video clips of the issues which very helpful. Edwin has helped me before in the past with my current and previous vehicles. He's detailed with explaining any issues my vehicle may have or recommendations for immediate attention/maintenance needed. He's very attentive and hands on with his work.
