Brianna said had to speak to Jay the manager to get the vehicle serviced, service for a 4x4. The drive light was on, she dropped it off, there were no questions, was called and told they changed the oil. She said she didn't ask for that and they were able to reduce the price to $70, which was okay, but they couldn't fix the other problem.
