I had gone there on the request for a 4 wheel alignment. They took my car in and after an hour or so were done. They told me that I needed two parts on the back tires so they could be adjusted, because the factory parts don't adjust. After that; the man said that will be whatever the cost was for the front wheel alignment. I took my car to my mechanic and the parts they said I needed for the rear tires was bogus, a bolt on these parts just need broke free from rust. So over all they charged me for a front wheel alignment which I did not request; wanted to charge me the cost of the parts they said I needed plus labor and then another alignment. Horrible that they would try to take advantage of people.
