Saved me a ton of money and grief!

Moved down from up north. 07 Veracruz had a bit of rust and needed an alignment. Hardware was rusted solid, so there was fear that control arms needed replacement. DH ordered the control arms, but let the hardware soak in penetrating oil overnight. The next day, everything came loose and they were able to do the alignment. They returned the control arms and only charged me a reasonable fee for new hardware and the alignment labor.
