When I first came by, I did not have an appointment and was turned away even though the website said drop ins were ok. This statement from the appointment website should be removed if not applicable. When I came back again the following week I dropped off my car at 1030am for only a oil change and tire rotation, the car was not returned to me until 140pm. It should not over three hours for a to perform an oil change and tire rotation with a appointment scheduled. If I had not prepaid for the service when the car was purchased last year, I would never go back to this dealership. The service people are rude, and we seem to be inconveniencing them by bring them our service. This is not the first time I have had a bad problems with the dealership and it will not be the last I imagine.
