Bought a car on August 21st from Holler Honda. The division was called Driver's Mart in Winter Park. At first, I found them very nice and cooperative. Then they became somewhat difficult to deal with. They finally told me they do not negotiate, and I said I am not negotiating. This is what I will pay. If you do not want this amount, give me the key to my car and I am headed home. In a couple minutes, they changed their tune and took what I offered. The day prior the salesman took pictures of the car and sent them to me bc I live out of town. In the pics, the trunk was full of Mercedes Benz floormats. When I went to leave in the newly purchased car, the floormats were nowhere to be found. I pointed this out to the salesman, he said "you're right they must be in cleanup." So, he said let me go speak w/my boss. He provided me w/ (WE OWE) saying they owed me floormats. Today is December the 3rd, and I have been trying to get my floormats since August 21st. The person they put me in contact w/at the Dealership at Driver's Mart Winter Park is Bradley Leon. I have been in contact w/him at least 7 times, and each time he has said that he's going to order them tomorrow. Is tomorrow even going to come? I finally told him yesterday if I haven't heard from him or received a check for $99 b/c that's what they are listed for on Amazon. I love my car, but I would NEVER BUY another car from them bc you can't trust a word of what they say they are going to do for you. On August 21st the finance manager wanted me to buy an extended warranty. I immediately said, which is abnormal, but w/it being a Mercedes I took the offer. I cooperated w/them at all points in time. I just suggest that you don't ever buy a car from them.
