After I was able to schedule an appointment, things went smothly
I had to call 4 times to get the appointment for my car. I would hold for over 10 minutes each time. Twice, I hung up. Once, I got cut off.
They did the work in a timely manner once I got the appointment. It is running as it should.
Spoke to Mike. He said they fixed the vehicle, and they do a good job.

Excellent Service
I requested a continued drivability check on my car because of the high mileage on it.Once I got their feedback, they fixed the immediate needs and told me what I need to do next to keep my car in good running condition. They were thorough, quick and very polite.
I don’t like giving a bad review, but this is my story. I was going to a funeral in Birmingham and stopped at my cousins at Santa Rosa Beach. While traveling I noticed a vibration in my car so they suggested I take it to Dream Coast auto where they do business. They told me I needed new tires and sensors. I agreed and I asked if they would put my newest tire from the front of my car into the trunk for my spare. When they called a few days later to say it was ready, I asked if they had changed the spare tire for the newer front tire and the receptionist girl said she forgot to tell them. She said she would tell them to get the tire out of the trash and put it in the trunk. When I picked up my car, I did notice that my display was not reset. The next day when I left for Birmingham, I tried to reset the display, but it would not reset and it showed all the tire pressures were just dash marks. When I got home, I called and Eric ( I think was his name) and he said take it and get it checked. The tire place here said the tire sensor on the spare was faulty. I had to pay to get that replaced and then the display on my dashboard for my tires started working. When I called Eric back, he apologized. I told him that the sensor in the spare was working before but probably got broken when they took it off the rim and put it back on a different tire and rim. He apologized again and said he would talk to his employees about doing a better job in the future. He didn’t offer any compensation for my additional charge.
