Fast and friendly
I’m so glad Wes and Luis could get me in same day I called and had my rear brakes replaced by the next afternoon! Wes is definitely such a doll, he drove me home and we had a great chat about cars and trucks, very knowledgeable for a young man. Luis is so experienced and like an old friend I’ve known for years. I’ll be checking in with them for future car service!

VW Car and Driver Very Happy
Quick, full scope work, good communication. Appreciate receiving a Lyft after dropping off the car and getting personably picked up when the car was ready! I've experienced a handful of the larger shops missing key requests and not completing the work thoroughly but here they get it all done efficiently. Called midday and they got me in and out the very next day. It was icing on the cake when I dropped the car off and they immediately did small things they could& were offering to show me how to do them, then asked if Id like the time for my clock fixed. It was a relief seeing how familiar they were with VW settings, etc.

Above and Beyond Experience
Got told numerous times by other places theres no leak and everything should be fine after forking them hundreds to figure out why my car isnt working correctly. One visit with these guys and they located the issue no problem and were even SUPER generous in their pricing of labor and services! I initially couldnt afford the work needed to be done but he presented me with 2 options to get it paid to make sure i hit the road safely!

walked in with mystery noise
I was happily surprised that they were able to fix my car the same day I walked in.. and fixed several other brake issues! The car brakes much better, steering is crisp and no more weird car noises! I really appreciate your customer service and willingness to educate me about my car!
