I’ve been going to Downtown Auto for about 8 years per recommendation of my friend who has been going there for many more years. Downtown Auto is now out of the way for me for where I live/go to work. I STILL go there. Even with new ownership, they have continued to be amazing. They are honest and WANT and make sure you to have a pleasant experience. Too many car places take advantage of their customers, but not here. Know you are getting the best deal and the best service. Doing this creates loyalty among customers who come back for years and years. I plan to always use Downtown Auto for anything I can when I run into an issue with my car.
