Wanted "Downtown" to check entire used Ford Escape for possible purchase.
A friend knew we were going to purchase a used car for our daughter and offered to let her drive one of their's that they were looking to sell. I made an appt with Downtown to run through all aspects of the Ford Escape. They called after one of their techs had run through all systems. Unfortunately, the car had been "neglected" for some time. Needed new brakes, front AND rear, alignment, tires, A/C charge, ball joints ...the list goes on! I knew it needed some work, but...! Needless to say, we didn't buy it. We've been loyal customers at Downtown for about 7 years for a reason! They do great work, are very reasonable, friendly and honest! You should try them, you'll be happy you did!!
