I Was greeted as soon as I approached the counter. He listened to my issue typed them in and gave me an estimated time for my wait. Technician checked my car out, then we discussed the problem, I was given a price and an estimated time for the repair. My wait was not as long as I expected. The manager explained everything that was found, and explained my warranty. The price was what he had quoted, I was pleased so I paid my bill and the manger wished me well and I wished him well and left, very happy. Vivian Bullard.
