Oil Change

Arrived at 7, first customer there. Didn’t leave until after 8am. Halfway through sitting it came to me that the last time I got an oil change the filter had to be ordered because it is not on hand at the garage. Someone should inform the customer as to why they are sitting so long for something that takes 30 minutes tops. Other than that no complaints, received the same great service I always do. But, next time I will go in the day before I get my next oil change and let them know that I will be in the next day, that way the filter can be ordered and in the shop when I arrive.
