Spoke with Kerri. She said the business promised her vehicle would be ready at 8:30 am and she needed the vehicle to be ready on time. The vehicle was not ready when she arrived to pick it up and the technician was sitting and eating. The vehicle was 10 minutes late. She said people should not expect this business to stick to the promised time.
