It's an ok place
I just wish we did all problems fix in the dealership but they want us to make another appointment for oil change. I hate recall especially when you are paying much money for the car. I wish to have more explanation on the warranty that we really did not use at all. I might just be so perfectionist coz I always get an excellent feedback towards my customer. I deal with warranties at my current job too so I always spend extra time to let my customers know about their benefits.

Hi Michael, I am sorry I have been unable to reach you regarding your warranty issues.  I am unclear what your question is but would like to help if I can.  Please feel free to call or email me directly (425-774-3551 or lreager@dougs.com).  When I looked into your appointment details, it looks like we offered to perform the oil change while you were there but your schedule was tight and you didn't have enough time to wait for the additional service.  I am sorry that you were inconvenienced.  We will be happy to schedule another waiter appointment for you.
