I made the appointment for oil changed on my 2013 Hyun Elantra. JD is the person as well the owner who are just part of the family. If you need something done. They try to get your car back on the road as soon as possible. This isn’t a place that you see your car again. It’s different. They take care of their customers and friends and family members. Today, Fri August 4th took the car in and a customer came in as i was seated waiting for my car to be done. The gentleman came and complained that radiator busted open but was able to park his vehicle and trailer with a camper attached next door business lot. JD mentioned I couldn’t do it, right now, but i might have another person who can work on it over the weekend or Monday. JD gave the gentleman a BC and he walked out the Doug’s garage. Not sure The customer will take JD advice or not. But in either way. JD will get this gentleman car up and running either Saturday or Monday evening. I want and always want the team of Doug’s garage to work on my car. They are honest team and respectful team and humble people
