Had car laid up for 3 weeks with no loaner from Kia. Had to get a rental for 3weeks because they could not get parts. The rental cost me $1764.00 out of pocket. KIA denied me reimbursement. At this time I have filed complaints with NY Consumer Affairs and BBB and starting to fill out paper with the NYS Attorney Generals Office. I was told by my contract when I bought my car in 2015 I would have a car rental for any issues from KIA. Well you can see they lied.
