I sent my Hyundai Sonata there to be repaired, post accident. Hyundai/Kia are authorized, to repair both brands. I sent it there, because I trusted the Dorschel group. Big mistake. My insurance company, Kemper is terrible. They sent a dishonest adjuster, to the dealership, and Dorschel allowed themselves to be bullied. My car, is half fixed, and drives like crap now. I intend, to hold the mechanic responsible. The mechanics are certified, and should have deemed the car UNSAFE TO DRIVE, in its present state. If they had held to that, and Kemper still refused to pay for repairs, I could have turned the situation over to n.y. state, and had the insurance company ordered to make it safe to drive again. It was inspected 2 weeks before the accident. I can prove, that None of the problems existed, pre-accident. I even notified the owner about this, and he did nothing. So, in my opinion, they are not reputable.
