I showed up a week early, my mistake, and they never missed a beat and accepted my truck anyway without telling me.I had to ask what the hold up was in trying to find my appointment. They said it was for next week and she just wanted to see if they had the windshield in stock, which they did, and fit me in without any hassle. Now that's what customer service is about. I really appreciated the no hassle. If they would told me my appointment was for next week I would have said ok, because it was my mistake, and come back next week. The staff were nice and friendly and the work was nice and clean. Also LOVED the Gray Tabby office cat.
