When I initially scheduled the glass replacement, the woman on the phone told me that I needed to come into your location so the repair could be done onsite. I live over an hour away and had to rearrange my schedule (and drive with a vehicle with a completely missing window) to plan to be at your location for up to 4 hours. When I arrived at your office, the woman at the desk told me that she "wasn't paying attention to the claim" when she read it, and she ordered a windshield instead of a door window, and that the repair could not be done that day. She kind of laughed this off and did not seem sorry at all or comprehend how frustrating and inconvenient this was for me. I left and drove an hour back home with my broken window. Luckily the next day the technician was able to come out and repair the window and he did a great job, so I hope this does not reflect poorly on him. My complaints and frustrations are solely with the woman at the desk who didn't pay attention to my claim. My previous experiences with your company have been very positive.
