Ease of service
Every time I call to schedule service I typically get in within a few days. This time was no exception. Dropped the car off. Got a call an hour later with update on services to be completed and what additional services were discovered. I always appreciate that heads up that allows you to decide whether you want the service or not at that time. Couple hours later got a call that the car was ready for pick up. Service job completed in an efficient time frame.

Oil Leak & Front End Repair
Have been a loyal customer of Don’s Car Care since 2010. Took my Honda Crosstour to Don to check for oil leak as well as vibration when applying brakes. Don was able to quickly diagnose the oil leak, as well as identify extensive front end problems which posed safety risk if not repaired. Don is extremely trustworthy and honest so I immediately authorized the repairs. Don and his staff worked diligently to repair my vehicle in a timely manner. Thanks Don for making my car safe and getting this Sr citizen back on the road quickly. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and timely repairs that you & your staff provide for my vehicle.

Honest service
Wasn't able to get fixed up, but they were very honest with us and kept us from wasting money on a messed up truck. Gave us an honest opinion telling us it was to far gone to spend that much money on. We appreciate it.
