From the first call I was treated with courtesy and respect. They did a diagnosis of my Murano, gave me a loaner car and had a complete diagnostic review of the problems with pictures online. I've never even heard of that, it blew me away.
Don quoted me a price which was very reasonable, said that he could have it done by the end of the week (3days) and they called Friday morning and said that it would be ready to pick up by 4:pm.
I have never seen such honest professionalism, quality work and quick work turn around in my life.
I had the steering rack replaced, suspension stabilizer bar links, power steering flushed with new fluid added, 2 rear shocks and 4 new Toyo open country QT tires.
That's a lot of work and to have it done in 3 days, I am very impressed.
