Spoke with Emily. Emily said it took too long to get the vehicle in to be repaired. There was no promise time given for the vehicle to be completed. She is not satisfied with the communication due to the shop not keeping her informed during the repair. Emily would not recommend due to the time it took before the vehicle could be taken in for repairs.
