Staff is ridiculously friendly and personable. They have never tried to sell me anything I haven't asked for. They price their oil changes competitively. And they have offered free advice and diagnoses without pressuring me to have them fix any found problems.
I feel as if its almost offensive to compare them to a JiffyLube at all. But bottom line is they come out cheaper, friendlier, and of higher quality service than any JiffyLube or many typical mechanics could ever offer.
