We’re first-time customers but Doc’s was highly regarded by family and friends.. and they far exceeded that. A failure of my wife’s handicap-modified Van was an emergency that stranded her. Doc’s dropped everything, diagnosed the battery, changed it out, then proved the van malfunctions were fixed.. all in record time. Their top priority response to our emergency couldn’t have been better!
