Excellent, detailed pre-purchase inspection report
We were looking at a used car for our teen and even though it was being sold by a reputable dealership, we wanted to make sure we were choosing a mechanically sound car. They were able to do the inspection the same day and provide us with a detailed report, photos, and an estimate. Very professional shop - and services were timely. Thank you so much, we so appreciated going into the transaction knowing what we were getting. We ended up buying the car and leveraging the estimate for the required work to reduce the purchase price (not by the full estimate amount, but by more than half of it). I’ll never buy a used car again without a PPI. Thank you again, Hector and the entire team at DNA!
