Brought my truck in for sdcheduled maintenance
I brought my truck in for scheduled maintenance and was pleased that you all looked over the whole truck and identified problems (or would-be problems) before things worsened. I was absolutely blind-sided when it was advised that I have the fuel pump replaced because the original pump has a high likelihood of failing and developing extensive problems downstream. I did not see that coming at all!! I had no idea what to ask at the time. I think Asher did a great job but I was like a deer in the headlights. I called later and I think I spoke with Robert - not sure. He did a commendable job of answering my questions and advising me with regard to a path forward and I appreciated that. My goal is to keep the truck indefinitely so proper care an maintenance are important to me.
