On January 28th my 20+ year old daughter brought her 2015 Sonata to this dealership to make a trade in. Granted her vehicle had an engine that needed replaced due to Hyundai putting subpar engines in vehicles that year. Otherwise, her car was in excellent condition. The salesman would only give her $100 for her trade in. HOW RIDICULOUS! Parts alone would be worth more than that. The salesman gave her no deal whatsoever. When my husband called later after hearing this news, he asked to purchase back her car for up to $1,000. Of course, no was the answer. He asked to speak to the salesman and was given voicemail which I may add was NEVER returned. I feel my daughter was taken advantage of by this dealership!! Believe me, they have been given lots of free publicity to all of our friends etc. BTW, several service areas in my hometown said an engine could have been replaced and the vehicle sold for $7,000 at least. They along with others just shake their head at how a young woman not from this area anymore was taken for literally an unfortunate ride.
