Quick to Help in a Tight Situation
I live 2.5 hours from the children's hospital my daughter receives treatment at. I was 1.5 hours from home (heading to the hospital) with 4 children when my car started rumbling really bad and my car broke down. When I got off the highway, I called the nearest mechanic, Dickerhoof's. They were so kind and generous to work me in when I explained the situation. I was able to make it the 1 mile to their shop,and they had me back on the road within 1.5 hrs so we could make it to our appointment on time. Really reasonable prices too! (It was a spark plug and coil.) I couldn't believe their kindness in getting us in so I wasn't stranded alone with 4 kids. Also, they gave us a free CarFax report for the life of the vehicle. I can't thank them enough. Best garage ever!
